Dr. Webster Jee is a world-renowned expert in bone and musculoskeletal tissues, having authored 262 peer-reviewed articles, 17 review articles, edited 6 books and contributed 87 book chapters. He currently serves as co-Editor in Chief for the Journal of Musculoskeletal and Neuronal Interactions.

Dr. Jee recieved his doctorate in Anatomy from the University of Utah in 1959, joined the faculty that year and has been a member of the department since then. Beginning in 1977 he retained his appointment in Anatomy but worked in the Division of Radiobiology. His contributions to the department have been significant. He spent approximately 20 years teaching medical gross anatomy and histology. He also served as Assistant Department Head of Anatomy from 1965-1974 and then as Acting Chair of the department from 1974-1977.
